PRICE + VALUE

So . . . what can you expect when you take me on to photograph your Airbnb or short stay property? First off, I don't hold back on care and attention and effort. I'll make sure you're more than satisfied that professional outcomes are achieved and keep you in the loop on the process from start to finish. The standard inclusions look like this:


  • Initial catch up/consult to discuss what kind of impression and potential experience you want to convey in the images, in conjunction with—
  • A preliminary visit to take in the space and determine the best approach to capturing its character.
  • Unrestricted usage rights for your images. Do as you will with them across any platform.
  • Lifetime access to your photos via a dedicated and secure web gallery.
  • Professional handling and post-production of your image files. For each hour of photography there are usually two hours in post-production edit and grading.
  • 2 to 4 week turnaround on delivery of your images.
  • Shoot day 45 mins early arrival to set up and address any site specific issues

THE VILLA—3 OR 4 BEDS

$1,000

i. Cover up to nine (9) rooms + outdoor spaces.
ii. All the hero images + numerous details, for each space.
iii. No less than 225 polished images, available in a private web gallery.

i. Cover up to twelve (12) rooms + gardens/pool/tennis court etc.
ii. Showcase shots + thoughtful touches, for each space.
